Breakfast of champions!: Travelling on china’s trains entails a few strange food choices. No bread products or coffee, rather the main staple is instant noodles. Each carridge has a hot tap and a few minutes later you can enjoy the noodley delight. I am beginning to feel like I am turning into a noodle!
